Position Overview
- Title: Investment Sales Representative (Dispositions)
- Location: Primarily remote with occasional local site visits
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Flexible hours (core availability 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday)
- Reports To: COO / Owner

- 100% commission-based earnings

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sell off-market, distressed properties to vetted investors (flippers, landlords, builders)
- Market our deals through email blasts, text campaigns, investor calls, networking, and 1:1 outreach
- Negotiate offers, drive urgency, and get deals assigned fast
- Build relationships with current and new investors and grow our investor buyer list daily
- Handle CRM updates, buyer follow-up, and contract execution
- Represent our company in investor meetups and local networking events
- Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth transactions
Description
Day to day this role is logging into their computer from their home office and working to ensure active properties are moving forward in the sales process. In order to maximize sales, activities include sifting through the company-provided buyer database, facebook groups, realtors and any other place leads could be sourced for potential buyers, contacting them, pitching the property, fielding and negotiating offers to a signed contract. This role is the main point of contact for all potential investors and will be responsible for lead generation activities including sourcing and attending networking events and building a network of realtors and buyers.
