Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Policy Administration systems, specifically within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of property & casualty insurance, with a focus on workers' compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and execution for policy administration systems
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements
- Support initiatives related to workers’ compensation, claims, payroll, and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices
- Ensure product alignment with regulatory and operational requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience as a Product Manager in the insurance domain
- Strong understanding of Policy Administration systems
- Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, especially workers’ compensation
- Knowledge of claims processing, payroll, and audit workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large insurance carriers or enterprise platforms
- Exposure to digital transformation or modernization initiatives
