Role: Full Stack Web Developer (.Net)

Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire

Location: Oakland, CA (3 days onsite mandatory)

Must Have: ASP.NET, Visual Basic .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, CSS, HTML, Angular, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and services. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in .NET and SQL Server, is proficient with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and React and has hands-on experience supporting and modernizing .NET Windows desktop applications.

• Hands-on involvement in full-stack development preferably in .NET, C#, MVC, and ASP.NET Core. Knowledge of ASP.NET and SQL Server are required.
• Work with users to gather business requirements and define software solutions.
• Analyze and design software solutions that utilize existing and new technologies, programming techniques, and methods.
• Interact with other stakeholders, collect business requirements, design specifications, recommend solutions, modify existing systems, provide production support for users, and other matters as required.
• Upgrade and/or re-write legacy systems

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six years of full-time experience in designing, developing, analyzing, supporting and implementing complex software systems.
• Expert level skills in.NET/ASP.NET Core and SQL Server development.
• Strong object-oriented design skills with knowledge/usage of Design patterns.
• Solid experience with Angular and/or React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Work experience with developing web applications.
• Work experience with VB or C# for web application development.
• Work experience with Git/GitHub.
• Strong communication skills. Experience of interacting with both technical and non-technical audience.
• Familiarity with SSRS or any other reporting tool.
