Triumph Roofing is a fast-growing roofing company in the Charlotte area looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team.
This is an outdoor, face-to-face sales role focused on speaking with homeowners, generating leads, and setting roof inspection appointments.
No experience? No problem — we provide training and field support.
What You’ll Do:
- Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about roofing and storm damage
- Set appointments for free roof inspections
- Work outdoors and interact with new people daily
- Learn a proven sales and canvassing process through hands-on training
