Coastal Exteriors is a growing Charlotte window cleaning company, and we're hiring motivated people to knock doors and book cleanings. You don't need sales experience — if you're hungry and coachable, we'll train you on everything.
The money (real math):
- You earn 30-50% of every job you close — that's $120–$160 per sale (avg job is ~$399)
- Close just 2 a day = $240–$320/day. It's uncapped — your hustle is your ceiling.
- Paid weekly.
What we give you so you actually win:
- A proven pitch and full training — we ride along and coach you until it clicks
- Pre-picked neighborhoods that already buy — plus you can tell homeowners "we already clean your neighbors' windows"
- A team that competes and wins together
- A real path up — early reps grow into team leads running their own territory as we scale
This is for you if:
✅ You're hungry and money-motivated
✅ You're coachable and will follow a proven system
✅ You're comfortable talking to people (or ready to learn)
✅ You have reliable transportation
✅ You'll actually put in the hours (part-time or full-time, prime window ~11am–7pm weekdays, ~20 hrs/week minimum)
This is NOT for you if:
❌ You need a guaranteed hourly/salary — this is commission-only (that's why the upside is uncapped)
❌ A few "no's" in a row makes you quit
❌ You don't have a car
The honest truth: No sale = no pay. But close a couple a day and you'll out-earn most hourly jobs in the city — and we'll train you to get there.
