As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll support individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals, building independence, and engaging in their community.
Pay & Scheduling Flexibility
Starting at $16/hour (DOE). Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available. Flexible shifts based on your availability (mornings, evenings, weekends). Employees who complete required training and demonstrate favorable performance will receive a $0.50/hour increase after 90 days. We also recognize strong performance—additional wage increases beyond standard adjustments may be considered early on for employees who go above and beyond.

Paid Training — No Experience Needed
- We provide paid training to set you up for success
- Includes CPR, First Aid, and required certifications

What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with daily living skills and routines
- Help individuals reach personal goals and build independence
- Assist with community activities, jobs, and volunteer opportunities
- Provide encouragement, teaching, and skill-building support
- Complete documentation and communication with your team
What You’ll Need
- At least 16 years old or high school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Compassion, patience, and a willingness to learn
