Ponderosa Garden Center is hiring a Yard Foreman / Delivery Driver to handle deliveries, yard operations, and customer support. This is a hands-on, physical job working outdoors with plants, materials, and equipment.

If you’ve got experience in landscaping, nursery work, or construction-type environments and aren’t afraid of hard work, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive and operate dump trucks and box trucks (DOT required)
• Load and unload plants, soil, stone, and other materials
• Make deliveries and keep records straight
• Run equipment like forklifts and loaders
• Help customers in the yard and assist with sales when needed
• Keep the yard organized and stocked
• Jump in where needed—this is a team environment

What You Need

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to work March–December (30–40 hours/week)
• 5 years landscaping, nursery, or similar experience preferred
• Must be reliable and able to work without constant supervision
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Some weekends as needed
