The firm specializes in innovative strategies such as Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA), advanced benefits administration, and high-touch client support. Our clients range from 25–1,000 employees, and they rely on us as their trusted partner for everything from open enrollment and benefits administration to compliance and employee support.
As demand for our services continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for a Benefits Account Manager who wants to grow their career in employee benefits within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

What You'll Do
Client Management
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 25–50 employer clients
- Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional, proactive service
- Support employers with benefits questions, plan changes, renewals, and administration
Employee Benefits Support
- Help employees understand their health insurance options and navigate plan questions
- Work directly with carriers to resolve benefits issues quickly and efficiently
- Ensure employees receive clear, helpful information about their coverage — especially during open enrollment
Benefits Administration
- Manage enrollments, terminations, and life event changes
- Maintain client benefits systems and documentation (HRIS/Employee Navigator)
- Support compliance and administrative processes for client plans
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2 years of experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or benefits administration
- Experience supporting employer-sponsored health plans or working in a health insurance customer service environment
- Strong client service and communication skills — written and verbal
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Basic Excel proficiency
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Employee Navigator
- Familiarity with broker or benefits consulting environments
- Health Insurance Producer License
Compensation & Growth
Starting salary: $65,000–$75,000 based on experience. Compensation increases are tied to company performance, client growth, and individual contribution.
