What are the responsibilities and job description for the M.I.T. (Manager in Training) position at Triumph Energy Corporation?
Looking for a Manager in Training to support our Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati stores.
Nature of Position:
This position is primarily responsible for the control of the site. The Team Leader accounts for cash and credit cards, completes daily reporting procedures, controls fuel and store inventory, and balances the daily sales for the site. This position is also responsible for employee relations (e.g. recruiting, training), motivating, developing, analyzing site profitability and for working closely with merchandise vendors. The store manager works closely with other members at the site, as well as other managers to create a team approach for the operation and control of the site.
Primary Duties:
The Team Leader will demonstrate a high degree of proficiency and consistency in each of the following performance areas: Technical Skills, Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Understanding in Business, and Customer Responsiveness. The Team Leader will serve as a model for personnel throughout the site. The Team Leader must be highly adaptive and must be able to manage change. The Team Leader must also be supportive of the company programs and policies and projects that support to co-workers and direct reports. Successfully achieving the objectives of the position requires the effective execution of the following responsibilities. The Team Leader may also be assigned special duties as approved by upper management.
