The Role

We're looking for a Project Management Leader to drive strategy, lead high-performing teams, and deliver complex, high-impact projects worldwide. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own the vision, optimize operations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a global team of Project Managers
• Own project strategy, budgets, resources, and delivery
• Align projects with business goals and client expectations
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence
• Communicate with stakeholders at every level-clients to executives
• Identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward

What You Bring

• 8 years leading teams and managing complex technical projects
• Strong background in IT or integrated technology environments
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications (preferred)
• Willingness to travel internationally
