Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answers internal and external calls in a professional, friendly manner, using a multi-line phone system, and directs calls to appropriate departments.
- Greet customers, vendors and other visitors.
- Receive transfers - counts with warehouse, receiving correct material, binning properly
- Invoicing - daily trucks, counts with drivers, confirming correct material
- Input client details into Customer Record Management System ensuring accuracy
- Prepare shipments for overnight service pick-up.
- Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist clients during peak business hours
- Other routine or specialized projects as assigned by supervisor or other company management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of reception/general office experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Polished image
- Must pass work eligibility requirements.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
