Tri-State Auto Mall is looking for an energetic, creative, and dependable Automotive Content & Social Media Specialist to help showcase our inventory and grow our online presence.
This is a hands-on position. We’re looking for someone who can take great photos and videos of our vehicles, keep our inventory looking professional online, and create social media content that gets attention and generates customers.
Responsibilities
● Photograph newly arrived vehicles for online listings
● Take clean, professional interior and exterior vehicle photos
● Record short-form videos, walkarounds, reels, and promotional content
● Edit photos and videos for social media
● Create and post content to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
● Help create Facebook Marketplace vehicle listings
● Write engaging captions and promotional posts
● Keep vehicle photos and online content organized and up to date
● Create content featuring new arrivals, sold vehicles, customer experiences, dealership promotions, and behind-the-scenes activity
● Work with our sales team to create videos and content that generate leads
● Help grow the dealership’s social media following and engagement
● Respond to or help manage comments and messages when needed
● Bring new ideas for improving our dealership’s online presence
What We’re Looking For
● Comfortable taking high-quality photos and videos with a smartphone or camera
● Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, and short-form video
● Basic photo and video editing skills
● Creative and able to come up with new content ideas
● Comfortable working around vehicles and interacting with our sales team
● Organized and able to keep up with new inventory
● Dependable and self-motivated
● Strong attention to detail
● Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus
● Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Ideal Candidate
You don’t necessarily need years of professional marketing experience. We’re more interested in finding someone who understands social media, has a good eye for photos and video, is creative, and knows how to make content people actually want to watch.
