Float Pool Nurse
Registered Nurses provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide emotional support to patients and their family members. RNs must use independent and reasonable judgment in providing a wide variety of services as per the scope of nursing practice.

Float Pool Nurse
Registered Nurses provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide emotional support to patients and their family members. What you will do in this role:
- You will assess plans and evaluate thepatientscare needs and will carry out physician orders.
- You will administer prescribed medications,changesdressings,cleanswounds,monitorsvital signs.
- You willmonitor,recordand communicate patientconditionas appropriateutilizingcomputerized documentation systems.
- You will instruct and educate patients and families as part of part of a Multidisciplinary Care Planning team
- Registered Nurse from accredited school of nursing
- Current Licensure with Tennessee Board of Nursing
- Current BLS
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
