What You Will Do In This Role
As the Echo Technologist, you will be responsible for:
- Performing a variety of imaging procedures as ordered by a physician.
- Handling day-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.
- Serving as a role model and clinical resource for the staff.
- Responding in a timely manner to requests for information or follow-up with physicians, staff, or patient issues.
- Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
- ARDMS or CCI registered or eligible, to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- American Heart BLS obtained and maintained according to hospital policy.
- One year of experience is strongly preferred.
