- Translate business requirements into scalable, user‑friendly solutions
- Provide user support and troubleshooting via ServiceNow, Teams, and intake systems
- Develop training materials, job aids, and adoption resources for business users
- Support enterprise content management (ECMS), governance, compliance, and retention practices
- Assist with migrations and modernization efforts across M365
- Promote adoption and best practices for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and prioritization using JIRA
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and enterprise architecture
- Provide light mentorship and guidance to interns when needed
- 7 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 in large enterprise environments
- Strong background in solution design and business requirements gathering
- Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience supporting users and resolving issues in complex permission models
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
- Proven ability to train and enable non‑technical business users
- Strong understanding of content organization, governance, and permissions
- Experience with Microsoft Purview (records, compliance, retention)
- SharePoint migration experience (e.g., ShareGate)
- Exposure to DataBricks
- Background in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, utilities)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Microsoft 365 are a plus, not required
