Trissential is seeking a Program Governance Project Manager to join our client’s team in Milwaukee, WI. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Facilitate governance processes for critical design, architecture, and change request decisions across program workstreams, leadership, and the Design Review Board (DRB)
• Manage intake and triage of decisions, ensuring completeness and readiness for review
• Coordinate with workstreams to address gaps or rework prior to DRB review
• Schedule and organize DRB sessions, ensuring timely throughput and avoiding delays
• Track decisions and change requests in Jira, maintaining transparency and accuracy
• Communicate outcomes and next steps to affected workstreams and leadership teams
• Support escalation of decisions through appropriate approval levels (Program Leadership, Transformation Leadership, Steering Committee)
• Drive accountability and follow-up actions across all stakeholders
  
  

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on governance and stakeholder coordination
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and enterprise systems
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with Jira or similar tools for managing design/change documentation
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating in high-visibility roles with executive-level exposure
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other major ERP platforms
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
  
  

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

• Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $145,000–$165,000 annually or $85–$95 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography
