- Lead readiness and adoption efforts for the transition to Sage Intacct, replacing MIP Fund Accounting
- Support the transition of fiscal operations to an external end‑to‑end (E2E) partner
- Translate complex financial, system, and operational discussions into clear, actionable insights
- Identify organizational readiness gaps and drive targeted actions to address them
- Establish practical mechanisms to track progress, risks, decisions, and dependencies
- Capture and document critical processes, institutional knowledge, and transition decisions
- Proactively surface and mitigate risks related to compliance, audits, reporting, and key deadlines Support consistent, transparent communication across stakeholders during periods of change
- 8 years of experience in organizational change management, systems transition, or operational transformation
- Strong background working with financial systems and finance‑adjacent operations
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate diverse personalities and communication styles
- Exceptional listening, synthesis, and facilitation skills
- Experience working with external vendors, implementation partners, and cross‑functional teams
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
- Experience with Sage Intacct implementations or financial system replacements
- Exposure to grants management systems
- Background in highly regulated or audit‑heavy environments
- Experience supporting leadership transitions within finance organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Change management or project management certifications (Prosci, PMP, etc.) are a plus
