Job Description ::
The IT Project Manager Initiates, Plans, Executes, Controls and Closes multiple simultaneous IT Projects. Applies the International Motors IT process and leads cross-functional teams to complete tasks and deliverables according to the project schedule: on time, with quality and within budget. Requires people and resource management skills to work alongside and also manage cross-functional teams to complete projects. Successful candidates will demonstrate a history of success leading teams in a matrixed organization structure as well as success in leading without direct authority. The IT Project Manager has ultimate responsibility for the success of the project achieving its stated financial and performance targets.
Required skills:
"Experience leading divestiture/carve-out programs ensuring Day-1 readiness and business continuity
Proven delivery of infrastructure, application, and data separation/migration programs
Strong PMI-based project management Agile delivery with RAID and change control governance
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and critical path planning (MS Project)
Ability to manage risks, TSAs, and BCP across hardware, software, and data landscapes"
Nice to have skills:
"Experience in OT separation, asset/license transfer, and end-user/device transition
Exposure to Truck OEM / Heavy Equipment / EV domain
Hands-on with SAFe, Azure DevOps (ADO), and scaled Agile delivery
Certifications: PMP/PgMP, Agile (CSM/SAFe), Lean Six Sigma
Strong change leadership and problem-solving in complex, matrixed environments
