Senior Financial Systems Analyst
(MUST WORK EAST COAST HOURS)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Lawson - Financial Suite and technical proficiency in Infor Expense Management (XM). This role is critical in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing our financial systems infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Lawson Financial Suite (including GL, AP, AR, AM, and Cash Management).
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for Infor XM (Expense Management), including configuration, integration, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business units to identify system improvement opportunities and deliver efficient solutions.
- Lead or participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing for Lawson and Infor XM.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Act as liaison with vendors, consultants, and support teams to resolve complex system problems.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support reporting and analytics needs through query building and data extraction from Lawson and Infor XM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Lawson Financial Suite - system functional support experience
- 3 years of technical experience with Infor XM, including configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with Lawson security, process automation, and interfaces (e.g., IPA, Smart Reports, LBI) is a plus.
- Proficient in SQL, Crystal Reports, or other reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
