What are the responsibilities and job description for the RBT position at TriSource?
TriSource is partnering with a wonderful non-profit seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician.
This is working in a residential setting, your responsibility will be to implement behavior management strategies and provide behavioral therapy.
Schedule:
This position requires availability for three (3) daytime shifts (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) and two (2) evening shifts (11:30 AM–8:00 PM) per week.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior management strategies and interventions as directed by the behavior analyst or supervisor
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals with special needs
- Assist individuals with ADLs, including personal hygiene, mealtime routines, and social skills development
- Collect and record data on individual progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with the behavior analyst or supervisor to develop and modify treatment plans
Qualifications:
- RBT Certification
- High School diploma/GED or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, guidance and counseling, social work or a related field
- At least 3 years of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for youth who have intellectual/developmental disabilities
