What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Associate, Real Estate Asset Management position at TriSearch?
Interesting Investments. Experienced Team. A Schedule That Works for You.
Stamford, CT | Hybrid | Flexible Schedule
An established middle-market real estate private equity firm is seeking an experienced asset management professional to join its small, collaborative investment team.
This is an opportunity to work directly with senior investment professionals and operating partners, managing a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate investments, primarily office and multifamily. You'll have hands-on responsibility for asset performance, business plans, leasing and capital decisions, and dispositions.
We're looking for someone with at least five years of commercial real estate asset management or investment experience, strong financial and analytical skills, and the judgment to manage investments independently. Office and multifamily experience is important.
What makes this opportunity different? Meaningful work, experienced colleagues, a genuinely collaborative culture and flexibility. The firm is open to a full-time schedule or a three- or four-day workweek for the right individual. There's co-working space in NYC, if you need as well.
Location: Stamford, CT, with just one to two days per week in the office.
Compensation: base plus bonus, depending on experience and schedule. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental and vision.
Equal Opportunity Employer.
