We’re looking for an Innovation Project Manager to lead new product launches from concept through commercialization. This role will partner cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, operations, supply chain, and finance to drive innovation initiatives across multiple product categories.
What You’ll Do
- Manage new product development and commercialization projects
- Build timelines, track milestones, and drive on-time launches
- Lead cross-functional meetings and project execution
- Identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving
- Coordinate packaging, testing, manufacturing, and launch readiness
- 5 years of experience in project management, commercialization, product development, or supply chain within CPG, beauty, or personal care
- Strong cross-functional leadership and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- PMP is a plus
- Work on highly recognizable consumer brands
