Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of global and regional innovation, compliance, and business continuity projects
- Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, including commercialization efforts, portfolio changes, and supply chain projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, key milestones, and execution strategies
- Coordinate project activities from ideation through launch and implementation
- Lead weekly project meetings and communicate status updates to key stakeholders
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues across teams
- Partner closely with supply chain, marketing, operations, finance, R&D, and leadership teams
- Influence and align stakeholders across functions, even without direct reporting authority
- Help create and improve project management processes as the organization continues to evolve
- Balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-changing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in supply chain, project management, product development, strategic planning, or related areas
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving projects through execution
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, PMP preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Financial and business acumen with the ability to support business decisions
- Experience working with complex product portfolios or commercialization initiatives preferred
- Consumer products experience is helpful, but candidates from other industries with transferable project leadership experience are encouraged to apply
