Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing budgets, schedules, and cost reports for projects.
- Review invoices, travel vouchers, and financial transactions for accuracy.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Support risk analysis, contract performance reviews, and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between operations and administrative/finance teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: At least internship, co-op, or 0–2 years of related experience in finance, accounting, or program support.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
- Valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screening required.
- Experience with project control, budgeting, or federal contracting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, or financial software.
Salary : $80,000
