Certified Forklift Driver- Lead Experience a Plus!

Location: Jersey Village area (77065)

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Company Overview

Our client is a scaffolding plank company serving industrial and construction clients. They are seeking a dependable Forklift Driver to join their team and help support the General Manager in the day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the yard and warehouse.
• Read and interpret measuring tools, including a ruler, to ensure accuracy in handling and organizing planks.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
• Follow instructions precisely and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Support daily operations with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Participate in organizing inventory and staging materials for customer orders.
• Be available to work overtime as required by business demands.
  
  

Requirements

• Forklift Certification (required). (will be tested).
• Ability to read a ruler and measure accurately. (will be tested).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow directions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Previous warehouse or industrial experience is a plus.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is also a plus.

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
