What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Order Picker & Packer position at TRIPP NYC?
We are looking for a reliable and organized Seasonal E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to help our apparel brand fulfill online orders during the busy holiday season.
This is a seasonal position focused on picking and packing e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Pick apparel items for online orders
- Check styles, colors, sizes, and quantities for accuracy
- Pack merchandise neatly according to our packing standards
- Work efficiently during high-volume holiday periods
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday schedule, with some Fridays during the holiday season.
- Applicants must be available to work during our busiest holiday periods, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
- The business is closed on major holidays, including Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday
- Able to lift and move boxes of apparel as needed
- Previous e-commerce, shipping, or fulfillment experience
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
