Job Summary
We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will provide essential administrative support that keeps operations running smoothly. Your approach and attention to detail will help coordinate project documentation, manage communication channels, and ensure that all office functions align seamlessly with our project goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Handle data entry tasks such as updating project schedules, tracking invoices, and maintaining accurate filing systems
  • Support office management by organizing documents, proofreading reports, and ensuring all paperwork is complete and error-free
  • Coordinate calendar management for project meetings, site visits, and deadlines using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting team members with clerical needs
  • Assist the Estimating Department to put together bid packages

Qualifications

  • Proven construction office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects)
  • Prior experience in administrative roles within construction or related fields is necessary
  • Strong phone etiquette, customer service orientation, and ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively
  • Knowledge of office management procedures including filing, proofreading, and calendar management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • ProCore: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bluebeam: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Construction administrative: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
