Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Naples, FL. The Office Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing office supplies, maintaining records, writing estimates, submitting payment applications, and supporting daily office operations. Additionally, you will assist staff and management with clerical responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day office processes and overall organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette to manage and direct calls professionally
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organizing schedules and maintaining records
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and customers
- Familiarity with Office Equipment and the ability to manage day-to-day office functionality
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document filing, data entry, and organizing information
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude and the ability to multitask effectively
