As a key collaborator, you will work across various departments, balancing the needs of multiple team members while maintaining a high standard of service and organization.
The preferred candidate will have the following:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Previous administrative support experience, preferably in a construction office environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Google Drive/Workspace.
Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. No nights or weekends! Great work-life balance.
