Job Description:

You will be responsible for operating various CNC machine tools to program / produce precision parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.

• Set up and operate CNC machines.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and make adjustments as needed.

• Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues.

• Responsible to set up, make program, operate, or tend to CNC equipment in the machining department.

• Program using G and M code

• Fusion / solid works a plus
• Cam CAD experience a plus

• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Good attendance is expected as the team concept relies on it.
• Team oriented a must

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience as a machinist in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Strong mathematical and measurement skills.

• Use of all measuring instruments

• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy metal parts.

• Safety conscious attitude and adherence to all safety protocols.
