Shift & schedule2nd shift — Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm

- Set up and run CNC equipment to produce high-precision components for tooling
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshoot tooling and machine issues to maintain quality and uptime
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate a variety of general toolroom equipment with care and precision
- Work independently, organize tasks effectively, and keep projects moving with urgency
- Hands-on experience in high-precision CNC machining
- Proficiency in CNC programming (editing and creating programs)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-direct and maintain pace without close supervision
- Confident blueprint reading and broad toolroom equipment knowledge
- Associate degree in Machine Tooling Techniques or equivalent experience
- Exposure to or knowledge of injection molds (preferred)
- Journey Worker’s License (highly preferred)
