Precision Toolroom CNC Programmer/Machinist

2nd shift — Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm

• Set up and run CNC equipment to produce high-precision components for tooling
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for accuracy and efficiency
• Troubleshoot tooling and machine issues to maintain quality and uptime
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
• Operate a variety of general toolroom equipment with care and precision
• Work independently, organize tasks effectively, and keep projects moving with urgency

• Hands-on experience in high-precision CNC machining
• Proficiency in CNC programming (editing and creating programs)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
• Ability to self-direct and maintain pace without close supervision
• Confident blueprint reading and broad toolroom equipment knowledge

• Associate degree in Machine Tooling Techniques or equivalent experience
• Exposure to or knowledge of injection molds (preferred)
• Journey Worker’s License (highly preferred)
