Mauston Tool is expanding and looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team.

What we’re looking for:
• 3 years of machining experience
• Proficiency in Mastercam
• Ability to program and set up complex, tight-tolerance parts
• Experience with vertical mills, horizontal mills, and mill-turn centers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot in real time
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and stay on track
Schedule:
• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• 10-hour shifts
• Overtime available
Pay & Benefits:
• $35 - $45 per hour (based on experience)
