2025 Internship - Colorado 4th of July

Location : Fort Collins, CO 80525 ... This is not a remote position. Candidate must reside or relocate to Northern Colorado.

Reports to : Colorado 4th of July Event Director

This role pays an hourly rate of $16-$18 / hour, based on experience (ability to earn internship / college credit)

Hours : 16hrs – 30 hrs / week – hours will increase during the spring summer months

No benefits offered with this position

Internship Dates : February - End of July

Triple Crown Fastpitch Division is seeking a organized and detailed focused individual to assist on tasks in regard to the CO 4th of July; largest youth softball event in Colorado. In this role you will provide essential support and planning leading to a successful event. This role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and timely. The individual will need to be independent.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and manage compliance (lodging, rosters and waivers) for teams registered for fastpitch events.
• Assist with being a liaison between hotel managers and teams to assist with booking rooms for during the event
• Assisting with International Challenge uniforms and player fees
• Create, build and maintain site packets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during the busy event season
• Assist with graphics to be posted on social media
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
