Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and Drexel to move products safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track stock levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Perform picking and packing of orders with precision to meet shipping deadlines.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and management.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse is required.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely; certification may be required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
