The Line Cook works in a fast-paced environment to prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items by cooking in grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment. This role ensures guests are provided with quality prepared food items and meals throughout multiple outlets of the club.

About The Position...
The Line Cook works in a fast-paced environment to prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items by cooking in grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment. This role ensures guests are provided with quality prepared food items and meals throughout multiple outlets of the club.
- Completes opening and closing checklists during scheduled shifts.
- Prepare food for various areas of the facility including the restaurant, banquet operations, snack bar and food/beverage cart.
- Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Ensures proper storage of food items.
- Assist with stocking and notifying to kitchen managers of low ingredients.
What we are looking for from you...
- 6-12 months related kitchen or line cook experience/training; or
- Certificate from college, technical school or accredited facility or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
- Must be able to work varying weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for periods of time
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn!
- Must have regular and reliable transportation
