Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assures that the property is adequately secure and under surveillance, for example: Keeping an eye out for minors and checking ID's,
- Inspects and evaluates security equipment
- Require having good customer service skills, example; getting change, keeping the casino clean and taking care of the guests needs.
- Keeping a log of and properly storing Lost and Found items.
- Exercises sound judgment in the planning and organization of proper procedures for security.
- Filling out incident reports for every code blue and any time when CCPD, DOG or any other outside agency is called.
- Must be able to perform the table drop, blackjack fills/credits, jackpot/fills and all other security related functions.
- Establishes and maintains rapport with local law enforcement agencies and other law enforcement personnel in matters of mutual

- Education and/or Experience:** High School or Equivalent. A minimum of six (6) months' experience in the casino industry is desirable.
- Language Skills: **Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. Must be able to communicate directly and professionally with all guests and fellow employees.
- Mathematical Skills:** Requires the basic use of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Reasoning Ability:** Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
