- Serve and greet guests
- Take drink orders to guests on floor
- Take drink orders from guests at bar
- Take orders for food from guests if need be
- Ring in orders into POS system
- Sweep floor in your section
- Satisfy guest complaints promptly
- Develop and maintain high ticket average by up-selling

- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- TIPS Card
- Gaming License
