In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Manage Trip.com's lodging connectivity partners for American hotels,.
- Review mutual technical opportunities and issues, driving solutions from both the partner's and Trip.com's internal teams.
- Develop plans with internal and external stakeholders to achieve various business goals from a connectivity perspective, including product competitiveness, service quality improvement, and business interruption reduction etc.
- Provide effective connectivity training and support to Europe market management and operation teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal product and tech teams to drive the development of connectivity technology.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- 5 years of experience in technical account management within the online travel industry.
- Strong client-facing skills.
- Knowledgeable in API integration.
- Enthusiastic about travel, technology, and international business.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Technical skills in SQL and data analysis (preferred).
- Mandarin is a plus.
- Valid working permit/visa in the US (no sponsorship)
