This is a full-time Operations Manager role based on-site at our Long Beach, CA location. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards, and achieving performance goals related to operational effectiveness and quality. The individual will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans, monitor budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational success. This role is critical in managing resources, coordinating team efforts, and fostering an environment that supports employee and organizational growth.
