Key Responsbilities:

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative and operational support functions within a final mile furniture delivery environment. This role works closely with Executive Account Managers (EAMs), Warehouse & Dispatch to ensure all projects and deliveries are scheduled, coordinated, and executed in accordance with company SOPs and client requirements. The Office Manager plays a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency, accountability, and service quality from order intake through final delivery.


  • Coordinate with Dispatch and EAMs to ensure all deliveries, installations, and project timelines are accurately scheduled
  • Monitor workflow from order entry to final mile delivery completion
  • Ensure all required steps, documentation, and SOPs are followed prior to scheduling and dispatch
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, capacity issues, or delays proactively
  • Enforce adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all teams
  • Conduct regular audits of orders and projects to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Work cross-functionally to improve processes and implement operational best practices
  • Ensure all required documentation (BOLs, PODs, inspection reports, etc.) is complete and accurate
  • Act as the central point of communication between EAMs, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Customer Service
  • Support EAMs with client requirements, special handling instructions, and project-specific needs
  • Collaborate with Dispatch to align labor, routing, and delivery windows with client expectations
  • Escalate high-priority or at-risk deliveries to leadership when necessary
  • Address scheduling errors, service failures, or process breakdowns in real time
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on claims, damages, or service issues
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control for white-glove delivery services

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, final mile delivery, or operations management
  • Experience working with high-value furniture, white-glove delivery, or installation services preferred
  • Strong understanding of dispatch, routing, and scheduling processes
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $71,600.00 - $80,000.00 per year
