Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, assisting with food preparation, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience - Assist in food preparation and assembly as needed - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area - Provide exceptional guest service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, sanitation, and food handling - Utilize Toast POS system for order processing Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members - Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Join our team today and be part of a dynamic and exciting work environment!
