We are seeking a Printer Deployment / Asset Management Specialist to support an ongoing Konica Minolta printer rollout across City facilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the installation and setup of Konica Minolta printers across multiple City locations.
- Support printer deployment, configuration, and replacement activities.
- Coordinate with City staff and facility teams to schedule installations.
- Troubleshoot basic printer, connectivity, and setup issues.
- Track deployment activities and ensure assigned locations are completed on schedule.
- Assist with the overall printer rollout and asset management activities.
Qualifications
- Experience with printer deployment, hardware support, or IT asset management.
- Experience installing and configuring networked printers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
