What You’ll Do As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will: Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes. Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care. Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience, ensuring a meaningful and supportive patient journey. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Michigan RN license. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
