Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Purpose: The Medical Staff Data Integrity & Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for supporting core Medical Staff operations by managing provider data integrity, onboarding workflows, informatics-related processes, and administrative functions that support Medical Staff governance and regulatory readiness. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across systems such as OPUS, Workday, and provider onboarding platforms. The Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Medical Staff Services, Marketing, Health Informatics, IT, and other operational partners. What you will do: Provider Data Management Maintain and update provider information in the OPUS database to ensure accuracy for Marketing, public directories, and internal communication tools. Perform routine audits to validate data integrity and identify inconsistencies. Coordinate provider updates with external and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate public-facing profiles. Onboarding & Workday Workflow Management Submit and manage Workday requests for new Medical Staff members, including position creation, provisioning, and access workflows. Track onboarding milestones, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely system activation. Support provider training coordination and onboarding communication. Health Informatics & System Coordination Serve as a centralized contact for Health Informatics during the transition of relevant duties. Manage provider access workflows for EMR and related clinical information systems. Assist with troubleshooting access issues and escalating technical needs as appropriate. Medical Staff Support & Administrative Duties Assist with documentation and process tracking related to credentialing, privileging, and committee operations as directed. Support department projects, data requests, and cross-functional initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure department efficiency. Education/License/Certification Requirements Required Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Informatics, or related field OR equivalent experience. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience working with large databases and workflow systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Preferred Experience in Medical Staff Services, Provider Onboarding, or Healthcare Informatics. Familiarity with OPUS, Workday, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. CPMSM or CPCS certification (or willingness to pursue).
