Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Behavioral Health Integrated Services Supervisor (BHISS) is responsible for operationalizing integrated services support across multiple IHA practices and divisions. Main responsibilities include development, coordination, and direct supervision and clinical support of workforce, scaling integrated services across additional medical offices, and assuring high quality patient care. The BHISS supports with patient care as needed to support capacity needs within the team. The BHISS supports the integration of medical social workers through onboarding, training, coaching, process improvement and problem solving support, and workflow redesign for optimization and efficiency. This position develops and updates educational materials based on emerging needs relevant to clinic and division needs to ensure integrated services support is effective and for provider satisfaction. The Behavioral Health Integrated Services Supervisor (BHISS) has supervisory responsibility for the integrated services staff. Responsibilities include assessing team competency, evaluating staff productivity and billing optimization, monitoring and evaluating the aggregate work of the integrated services team and assuring quality patient care. This position trains, mentors and supervises integrated services staff. The BHISS collaborates on the development of an infrastructure that assures comprehensive patient support and promotes quality and efficiency in the delivery of health care.
