Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Purpose Highland Hills, a Trinity Health Senior Community, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our mission of providing exceptional care and hospitality to residents. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary kitchen environment—an essential part of ensuring high‑quality dining services and protecting residents from foodborne illness and cross‑contamination. What You Will Do Set up the dishwashing and pot‑sink area prior to meal service. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils throughout service and return items to proper storage locations. Maintain weekly cleaning schedules for kitchen and equipment. Dispose of trash, boxes, cans, and bottles in designated receptacles. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, walk‑in refrigerators, and tile dining areas. Wash and maintain floor mats. Uphold strict sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy, safe dining environment. Follow established closing procedures daily. Minimum Qualifications Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Willingness to work with hot liquids, cleaning chemicals, and contaminated materials following safety guidelines. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working in high‑heat environments.
