Job Description:
This is a remote position that requires independent work. - Prepares undergraduate applicant transcripts and calculates a core grade point average following the evaluation rubric provided to assess academic preparedness.
- Evaluates which courses to include or exclude from the recalculated grade point average.
- Summarizes high school curriculum for subsequent application reader.
- Learns and executes the evaluation process within the application database (Slate) utilizing the evaluation rubric.
- Develops and maintains an updated cross-reference system of courses from various high schools.
- Contributes to the university’s successful achievement of enrollment and retention goals.
- Cooperates and collaborates with other employees in the spirit of teamwork and collegiality and interacts with confidence, patience and integrity to provide professional leadership during emergencies.
- Complies with all Trinity University policies and guidelines.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required:
- None.
- Prior experience with high school transcript review as part of the college application process.
- One year of administrative/clerical experience.
- Experience with and ability to maintain confidentiality.
