The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, order processing, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semi truck and trailer parts and experience in the automotive service industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Process orders and contact customers when orders are ready for pick-up
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels and negotiate pricing
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts department operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
-Ensure the correct parts are being ordered for what is needed
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels
Experience
- Proven experience in parts management
- Strong knowledge parts for the industry we specialize in
- Familiarity with automotive service industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience in procurement management and supplier relationship management

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
