CNC Set Up I Position Qualifications:
- Set Up experience is required.
- Ability to stand for most of the assigned shift.
- Ability to lift 35lbs or more (when boxes are fully packed).
- Ability to be coachable, adaptable and willing to learn.
- Must be 18 years old or older to operate a CNC Machine.
This position is:
- 1st Shift Position: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
The following is a brief job description/task list of the CNC Set Up I position:
- Load and unload material from machines
- Record Data in Data Collection
- Monitor and Maintain Product Conformity (Verify Calibration & Condition of Gages, Ability to complete First Articles)
- Be Aware of, Maintain and Manage Job Specific Requirements (Production Rates, Operation Details, Set Up & Set Up Data, Programs & Tooling, Fixture Organization, etc.)
- Understand Product Identification Processes (In-Process, Non-Conforming, etc.)
- Ability to Train Others on the Basic of Being a Good Operator, as needed
- Basic Machine Maintenance
- Assembly, Packing, Tumbling, Deburring, Running Production
- 3S – Sort, Shine, Standardize
- Follow Safety Guidelines
