CNC Operator Position Qualifications:
- Experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for most of the assigned shift.
- Ability to lift 35lbs or more (when boxes are fully packed).
- Ability to be coachable, adaptable and willing to learn.
- Must be 18 years old or older to operate a CNC Machine.
This position is:
- 1st Shift Position: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
The following is a brief job description/task list of the CNC Operator position:
- Load and unload material from machines
- Data Collection
- Monitor Product Conformity
- Awareness of Job Requirements (Production Rates, Operation Details, etc.)
- Product Identification (In-Process, Non-Conforming, etc.)
- Basic Machine Maintenance
- Assembly, Packing, Tumbling, Deburring
- 3S – Sort, Shine, Standardize
- Follow Safety Guidelines
- Serve our team and customers
